Many of our products are custom-made or produced on demand. Please review our return policy carefully.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item was received
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect selections made at checkout
- Minor variations in print placement or color
Reporting an Issue
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
Approved refunds or replacements will be issued to the original payment method.
Some items are fulfilled by third-party production partners. In the event of a defect or damage, we work directly with our partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Lingerie
- Intimate apparel
- Undergarments
- Bodysuits intended for intimate wear
This policy applies regardless of fit, style preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if:
- An item arrives damaged, or
- An item arrives with a manufacturing defect
In these rare cases:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Some lingerie items may be fulfilled by third-party production or fulfillment partners. Shop Along Café remains the point of contact for all customer service inquiries and will work with fulfillment partners to resolve verified defects.
